The show had a lot of location shoots therefore I was mostly responsible for making travel arrangements for cast and crew members. I was the liaison between the production company and location managers. I also had to work with traveling agents who could help with transport to get to the location.

Overview
My main responsibility was to schedule and book cast members in advance in planning and preparing for a shoot day. I had to book the cast members as per script and worked closely with the casting director and director of the show to ensure the right look for each episode.

Overview
I was mainly responsible for handling the petty cash of various departments under the Art Department. Had to make sure there was always enough money for each department on a weekly basis and this led to me also doing recons for each department so each cent is accounted for. I was also responsible for doing the inventory for all departments so that every single item that I bought can be either accounted for or brought back to the channel for reuse.

I was working alongside the casting director - When a new cast member was introduced in the script, I would send out a brief to casting agencies so we could get the right person for each role. This included working closely with the director as well to get a clear vision of where the story is going and how the director envisioned it. I was solely responsible for background actors as well as their budget.
