This was a remote job withing the BPO industry. I would give technical support to customers within the gaming industry. This was done over email and live chat. I also handled customer support for a gaming chair company. This was done over email and Facebook messenger using Zendesk. I would regularly have to go over their Shopify orders and use Google forms, Slack and other software to process requests like refunds and returns.

This was a remote customer support position for an international company, Amazon. I started working in the retain department handling calls and emails from customers about various issues like refund requests or delivery complaints. I was then upskilled to the Heavy, Bulky and Services department where we handle large and more expensive items like large appliances and furniture. This included a lot of communications with third party logistics and installation services companies to ensure the best service for our customers.
